Our Story

Let’s Go Property began in January 2023 as an independent lettings and property management business.
We have worked within the property industry for over ten years, mainly for well-known “high street” agents.

From our previous experience, landlords were fed up with the lack of communication, substandard maintenance and numerous additional costly fees that were continuously being added.
Tenants were left feeling frustrated and not listened too so we decided we could do a better job.

We made the jump and made the decision to set up our very own dedicated lettings and property management company that would provide a totally independent, proactive and passionate service to landlords and tenants in Eastbourne and the surrounding East Sussex areas.
