Let's Go Property began in January 2023 as an independent lettings and property management business.
We have worked within the property industry for over ten years, mainly for well-known "high street" agents.
From our previous experience, landlords were fed up with the lack of communication, substandard maintenance and numerous additional costly fees that were continuously being added.
Tenants were left feeling frustrated and not listened too so we decided we could do a better job.
We made the jump and made the decision to set up our very own dedicated lettings and property management company that would provide a totally independent, proactive and passionate service to landlords and tenants in Eastbourne and the surrounding East Sussex areas.
Let's Go Property is dedicated in providing a high level standard of service with a personal touch to landlords and tenants.
Whilst going that extra mile and providing a friendly service, Let's Go Property aims to deliver a high degree of flexibility to suit landlords and tenants needs by producing amazing customer service and viewings available seven days a week by appointment.
Let's Go Property wants to maximise the chance of renting out a property and achieve a regular monthly return on a landlords investment whilst providing the most suitable tenants possible.
Let's Go Property takes pride in their rental properties they have available for their tenant/s.
We work with our landlords to ensure all rental properties are maintained to an excellent rentable standard and following UK legislation.
We believe that every property needs that special care that will create a home and we provide a smooth, stress free renting journey from start to finish and be right there with you every step of the way.
The end result is to match the right tenant to the right landlord and property, making tenants moving dreams a reality, and for a new tenancy to run smoothly from the beginning till the end.
