Let's Go Property provides a 24/7 emergency contact service for all tenants on a Full Management service.

Quotes & Works

What is Provided?

One FREE quote will be provided to all landlords before work proceeds for authorisation. Landlord requiring extra quotes will be charged an extra fee.

All unforeseen extra work on top of the original quote will be sent to the landlord

to be authorised before extra work commences.

INspections

When & How?

Let's Go Property will check your property three months into the tenancy and every 6 months thereafter to ensure your property is keep in excellent, well maintained order.

This service is available for Rent Collection and

Full Management services.

A full inspection report will be provided to landlords and tenants.

Let's Go Property will organise routine repairs and maintenance to all our rental properties on a Full Management service.
